Arkansas Corporation Services, Inc. was created by its current Vice President, Loretta Foster in May of 2004, as a affilate company of Action Process Service and Private Investigations of Arkansas, LLC in Little Rock, Arkansas.

In August of 2013, John A. Heavner became the company's President and Chief Executive Officer and had previously served on the board of directors since 2004.. John has a Bachelor of Science in business management and an Master's in Business Administration, both from California Coast University. He brings with him over 29 years of business experience to Arkansas Corporation Service, Inc. and for the past 18 years John has been the President of Storage Space, LLC in Little Rock, Arkansas.
